Agalite ceramic products was established  Mr. Anand Thakkar in the year 1992 as a Manufacturing Unit for specialized tailor make technical ceramics in different shops and quality As on today Agalite ceramic Products is well know name in its products, delivery, and quality Many of the products are exclusively manufactured for  well know Industrial haves and are also been marketed intentionally.

The products mfg by Agalite ceramic are use in chemi cab,  heifticals a heetronic equiepment, railwas, automobile, etc.
   
Facility & Work Strength
The Company has the facility to press, extrude and do slip casting:

The Plant is equipped with  
25 Nos. of  Tabletting press
3 Nos. of Vacuum Pug mills
3 Nos. of Hydraulic Presses.
1 Nos. of Rotary Machine
3 Nos. of Tunnel Kiln and 1 No. of Shuttle Kiln. The firing capacity is up to 1400o C to 1500o C. the firing capacity of 1600o C.

The Company has fully equipped workshop with in-house facility to produce the required tools.
   
Quality Control Procedure
To ensure the quality of final products, inspection is carried out right from the incoming raw material to final outgoing products.

(1) Incoming Raw Material Inspection
(2) In process Inspection 
(3) Out going Inspection/S.P.C. (Statistical Process Control)

In process inspection is carried out on shop floor at regular interval  by floor Supervisors and Quality Control Inspectors. The statistical process control is introduced at this level.

Out going inspection is carried out by sampling method. The samples are drawn from a lot as per IS-2500 Part-I "Sampling Inspection Procedure" devised by Bureau of Indian Standard. The inspection level and AQL is mutually decided between us and customer as per the requirement.
